Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Cancellation Policy
We begin processing orders within one (1) business day whenever possible (excluding weekends and holidays).

Same-day cancellations:
If your order has not shipped, your cancellation will be processed and refunded within 1–2 business days.

After shipment:
If the order has already shipped, we may attempt to have the carrier return the item to us. If delivery is attempted, you may be required to refuse the shipment. Once the item is confirmed en route back, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Financial institutions may take an additional 3–7 business days to post funds.
30-Day Return Policy
Most purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To initiate a return, you must contact customer service within the return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returned items must be:

New, unused, and undamaged

In original packaging

Include all accessories and manuals
Unauthorized returns (without an approved RMA) will not be accepted.

Return Methods

Carrier Pickup (if offered):
We may arrange a pickup for large items. Pickup fees, if applicable, will be disclosed and deducted from the refund.

Self-Return:
Customers may return items using a carrier of their choice. Tracking information must be provided.
In rare cases where return shipping costs are excessive, we may waive physical return and issue a refund after verification.
Refund Processing

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post funds
Limited Warranty
All items include a 1-year warranty against defects or damage. This limited warranty applies to products purchased directly from our store. We reserve the right to determine warranty eligibility and resolution on a case-by-case basis.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use for products that are new and purchased from an authorized seller.
Coverage applies only to products used for their intended purpose and properly installed according to manufacturer guidelines.
If a warranty claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:
Shipping of replacement parts or products may be covered when applicable. Return of defective items may be required.
Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, beginning on the date of delivery.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Shipping or freight damage (handled under our Returns Policy)

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect

Improper installation or failure to follow instructions

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Commercial or rental use

Damage caused by weather, environmental exposure, or acts of nature

Incidental or consequential damages, including labor, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs
How to Request Warranty Service
To request warranty service:

Photos or videos may be required to assess the claim

If return is required, items must be properly packaged and shipped as instructed
Failure to follow the warranty process may void coverage.
